If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — whether that's a full refund or a replacement. You won't need to return the item. Simply reach out to us at Everything-ish@proton.com with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll take care of the rest.
